Welcome to Shaolin Kung Fu School, a premier martial arts training center located in the heart of the Old South region of London, Ontario. We are dedicated to the practice and promotion of traditional Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, and Qi Gong. Our school offers a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels, starting from 4 years old.

Our Philosophy

At Shaolin Kung Fu School, we believe that martial arts is more than just physical training. It's a path to self-discovery, discipline, and personal growth. Our experienced instructors are committed to fostering a supportive and respectful environment where every student can thrive.

Kung Fu Training

Our Kung Fu classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students learn traditional forms, techniques, and applications, along with the underlying principles that make Kung Fu an effective and graceful martial art.

  • Siu Lung Classes (4 to 7 years old): A fun and engaging introduction to Kung Fu for our youngest students.
  • Children's Classes (8 to 12 years old): Designed to build confidence and physical skills while instilling discipline and respect.
  • Adult Classes (13 years and up): Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Tai Chi Chuan Training

Tai Chi Chuan is a gentle and meditative martial art that emphasizes balance, relaxation, and fluid movement. Our Tai Chi classes are suitable for all ages and provide a holistic approach to health and well-being.

  • Saturday Classes: Join us every Saturday for our Wu Hao style Tai Chi Chuan classes, perfect for all ages from 13 and up.

Qi Gong Training

Qi Gong is an ancient practice that combines breath control, meditation, and movement to promote energy flow and overall wellness. Our Qi Gong classes are open to all and provide a calming and rejuvenating experience.
